I absolutely would not sign up for this law firm. They are crooks at every turn. I spent 7 long grueling months of dropping thousands of dollars to see absolutely no progress with my case. This was a simple custody case to get some time with my daughter. The mother has a seizure disorder (without meds), prior domestic violence charge, and drug use. I have an owned property and a clean slate from any legal issues. It seemed like an easy case to win here. I just wanted time with my daughter, rather, throughout the 7 months of work, they were unable to schedule me mediation. Maybe I'm crazy but mediation should be one of the first steps! Why did I spend thousands and never got that scheduled. There was absolutely no fight or care. This firm is nothing but money sucking you know what. All they want is your money and time. They have no care for your case and rather only care for your wallet. I went from very hopeful being told all great things to being ran around in circles for months. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience with Brighter day. They gave me bad advice and dug me in a deep hole with my divorce case. I felt like they didn't fight for me and bowed down to my ex's every demand. On top of that they nickel and dimed me every step of the way costing me thousands. I felt like every email would cost me $80. $80 just to answer a simple question!! Do not go with this law firm!
