They were very friendly and helpful at first. Then I started to get charges for things that were previously discussed and a set price was agreed upon. When I called to asked about charges and for them to be explained further to me, I constantly was avoided. Holly and Rene are who I was told to speak to about questions regarding my bill and when I would ask to speak to them, I was always told that they’re away and that I needed to leave a message. I’ve left several messages and never was one returned. When I finally spoke with Holly, she was super short and rude and didn’t even let me speak or ask my questions. Very disappointed in the approach taken in explaining my bill and my charges. I would like to know where my money is going.

I worked with Liz V. as my attorney for a custody dispute. Liz's professional handling of the case went above and beyond anyone I had in the case prior. She was knowledgeable, prompt, and caring throughout the entire process. She fought directly for my wants and wishes, while at the same time making sure I never lost sight of why I was in the custody battle to begin with. I would not only recommend her to other going through a custody battle, I plan to keep her on retainer in the future to ensure she is always there if something else comes up. Bottom line, she treated me like a person and never let me down.

I had a DUI case that was a bogus case. Tim who was my attorney walked me through the whole thing and explained to me what his main goal was. After everything was said and done, the case was dismissed. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and I was really pleased with Tim's work and his knowledge of the law. Thank you guys for awesome work.

In 2011 I was walking down the street from the court house, crying with 2 broken ribs from being beat a couple days earlier by by pool shooting friend of mine. This beautiful very long haired women stopped me and asked "Are you alright? Do you need help?"...I said "no, I need a lawyer." She said "come with me, I'll help you"...She was none other then Caryn Adams, Lawyer at Gasper Law and a compassionate, caring, beautiful woman. Who took the time to help someone on the street she didn't know. She became my lawyer for a very brutal displacement of a acquaintance in my life. that I had helped out with laundry and storage of a little of his things in my garage. He stole a key to my house, told the police he lived there. which the police believed him not me. Made me have to EVICT someone who didn't live there and I had to leave my own house. It was MESSED UP!!! All his stuff ended up in her office because he wouldn't retrieve them from my house unless he could talk to me. Caryn got a immediate restraining order. helped me with evicting someone who didn't live there and volunteered her office be the go between of this guy and me (Which the guy didn't heed the restraining order several times over) Today I called Gasper law for I was told speeding tickets are a criminal lawyers expertise. I thought I needed a speeding ticket lawyer (there is no such thing) Low and behold Caryn Adams to my rescue once again.. She is my "Lawyer Angel" sent once more into my life. I will never forget her kindness, caring nor her professionalism in getting a guy out of my life and her advise for my speeding ticket issues.

All of my questions regarding my will and the deed to my property were answered. I appreciated the details that were covered by my attorney!

Attorney Winegar is the absolute best criminal defense attorney in the Springs. This law office worked tirelessly to get the best results for my case. I went in to the court house knowing exactly what to expect around every turn. He is an honest and caring attorney, he definitely breaks the attorney mold. This law office does its research. Our attorney, Phil Winegar, was in contact with us and available every step of the way. He was able to WIN my case. My case was very difficult, but my attorney was able to find enough proof to prevail. He has exceptional experience working with the El Paso County Courthouse. I sat as a court room observer through a five day long criminal trial in which Phil Winegar performed as Defense Attorney. Due to extreme corruption in El Paso County courts, all judges had to recuse themselves and a judge was brought in from Pueblo to preside over the trial. Phil Winegar is the “Gerry Spence” of our time and citizen’s of Colorado are very fortunate to have him here.

Didn't end up using his services but he was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. I would have used his services if it were up to just me.

Gasper Law Group is good at sales but not at doing the job you pay them to do. They will give you the warm and fuzzy initially, but it's all downhill from there. They were late for half of the hearings and sent different attorneys who came unprepared. They will tell you all their lawyers know the progress of every case and are using the size of the firm to their advantage. They told us we should be happy they can always send someone else if our assigned attorney is unavailable. An attorney we got one day was studying the case while standing with us outside the court room because she got thrown into it last minute. Imagine how that hearing went! Then they blamed losing important correspondence on an improperly configured email box. So instead of entering the support order, they closed the case without asking us first. They call it standard practice, which ended up costing us thousands. The last straw was the outrageous deposit they asked for to submit a motion for review to reopen the case. The catch was they couldn't even promise anything. When I asked them what they would do first to proceed with the case, they replied with “Honestly, the first thing we'll do is take your money.” Enough said. We ended up doing the rest of the work ourselves, which involved a few trips to the courthouse and a couple of simple forms, but it was nothing that should cost thousands. It would take me just as much time to deal with Gasper Law's pathetic excuse for a law firm. Today's competitive market has no room for mediocrity. Take your business elsewhere or do it yourself.

I found them to be dishonest, and unprepared for my case. Their paralegal kept canceling my appointments with Gasper. When it went to court they pressured me into taking a very bad deal.
