They had me drive all the way to Colorado Springs to tell me I'm not injured enough for them to make money. Also I would not hand them your phone. They won't let you print the crash report you pay for... They have you give your phone to a private investigator for in excess of 30 minutes while they literally just invade your privacy and joke about your personal life. My messenger app was open in my recent apps when they handed my phone back, my photo gallery was also open, and I could hear them laughing and discussing my personal life outside the door as if they thought I couldn't hear them. When they came back in the room, they claim to have not went through my phone and all of the sudden they had different attitudes toward me and they were no longer interested in taking my case and I was escorted out. (Thanks for the coffee?) I thought Frank Azar was a bad. This office legit told me I wasn't hurt enough for them to benefit from helping me after invading my privacy and for all I know, dumping my phone. They connected it to something to pull the PDF of the crash off the phone instead of printing via wifi like anywhere else would do. I was hurt and my car was destroyed and all they can tell me is good luck... I think they take the cases you could win without a lawyer. Good if you just want to split your settlement with someone for filing the paperwork with the court for you. NEXT!

Worst customer service I ever experienced. The first time I was suppose to meet with the attorney he was sick. Then the next 2 times they called I notified them I was unable to meet until after 4pm. Each time they said they would get back to me. I never heard a thing! Then I get a letter in the mail stating they stopped representing us. I called to find out why and they said because we couldn't work with the schedule. I asked if we could do anything about it and they said "I dont know what to tell you." They may not need my case but customer service is a must in business and I would never recommend them.
