When I was injured 1 year ago today on the job, my husband and I were pretty overwhelmed by the whole process. We decided to hire an attorney to help guide us through the process. We researched several attorneys on google, none of them impressed us except for Heuser & Heuser. I called them and we were able to meet some one that day in the office. We met initial with Jim, the intake specialist, he was a great guy, very honest, and said it like it was. We decided after that initial contact this was the right law firm. Before we left we made another appointment to meet with our attorney. When we cam back in we were greeted respectfully every time by the staff up front. Thank you for that. We were introduced to Matt Striegel, he has his own firm in Pueblo, but works with Heuser & Hueser. He was very professional every time we talked on the phone and in person. We were confident in his ability to help us, we even got a chance to to meet Gordon Heuser in person, what a great guy. He really does look like the guy in the commercials. He is also very down to earth and very easy to talk to. Gordon was involved in our case with Matt every step. After 1 year of fighting the dreaded insurance company we were able to settle our case on 5/17/2018. After the legal fees were taken out, which were very reasonable we ended up with a fair settlement to take home. In short (lol) Heuser&Heuser is by far a great law firm to work with, they made us feel comfortable with every decision we made. If I ever have to hire another attorney for what ever reason, the only one I will seek out will be Heuser & Heuser.

Patrick Salt was phenomenal in assisting me in my claim and explained every step to me along the way. Mr. Salt is very personable and friendly and a huge assets in the whole process.

Doug Price was an awesome attorney to work with. He was tremendously attentive to my needs and overall recovery. Michele and Rochelle were very patient and understanding to my many questions. I'm very satisfied with my Hueser&Hueser experience. Topnotch

The staff at Heuser & Heuser went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, in every aspect. They are well trained and made sure I understood absolutely everything that was occurring during the process. The knowledge and professionalism that they exhibited was extraordinary, and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for representation. I honestly felt like part of a team while they were representing me, and just knowing that my thoughts, ideas and concerns really meant something to them, meant a lot to me. This law firm is number one in my book.

My case lasted awhile, but it was well worth it. They definitely did everything they could to take care of me. I got the care that I needed for the injury that I had. When my case ended I was dealing with Mr. Price. He is the one that completed my case. In the end I truly felt like they actually cared about how I felt and my future needs. Which is a huge deal for me. I highly recommend them! The whole staff is friendly. Thank you Heuser & Heuser

Frank Azar's office never called me back, but Heuser and Heuser sent someone the same day, to my place rather than having to go into their office. Case was a bit complicated, lasting nearly a year, but they made all the paperwork nice and simple, and made sure my medical care was taken care of in the meantime.l, and checked in on me once in a while. Was expecting stuffy, greedy lawyers but they were actually really personable and caring!

We have called them multiple times now asking about representing us. Second time we called the lady apologized and said we don't do buisness like that, but then they did it again!! Obviously you do! I would hate to be paying them if they never contacted us back! That sure would be a waste! Very dissipointed.

I just saw Tim. He was so helpful, honest, and made sure I understood everything very nice man too!!
