James is a great guy where do I start. I did a lot of research on attorneys when I was looking to hire a attorney when I was in a conflict and was wrongfully charged. I wanted someone who was going to step up to the plate and go to bat for me. James did exactly that what a incredible job all charges dismissed or dropped!!!! I could not be happier James has earned my business for life. He took care of me for a great price that was affordable for a family man supporting his stay at home wife and daughter I was truely amazed at the price it was worth every penny. The office staff is also amazing they were extremely helpful in getting anything done or communicated. I recommend that if you need a lawyer hire James you will be in the best hands there is.

I had the pleasure of hiring Joshua Lindley as my lawyer for a traffic violation. Not only did he give me the cheapest rate, he was also the only lawyer I spoke to who would say wether or not he’s had success with my kind of ticket. Thanks to Joshua, I was able to get a 4 pt ticket dropped to a 0 pt ticket with a driving course and a fine/court costs. He also kept me updated throughout my case about what was going on. After 6months of going back and fourth, my case was dismissed all thanks to Mr. Newby. Since the beginning, he was very confident and knowledgeable which assured me he was going to be worth the reasonable price I payed. He answered just about every call and would always get back to me instantly if it was missed.
