James is the best! This was my first time I've ever been in trouble with the law, and he made the process a lot less scary. He always reassured me that every thing would be ok and that he was there for me and that he's on my side. He really did the best he could with what he had that I was facing. He also got information for my case that helped me have some of my charges dropped. He has even continue to help me since my criminal case is over. All in all he did the best job that he could for me and I thank him for all that he did.

We hired Mr. Newby to represent my husband in a dui case. We live in Aurora, but the case was in Colorado Springs. We were able to have a consultation with Mr. Newby over the phone (rather than having to make another drive up to the Springs), and he was very flexible about setting up a payment plan. Mr. Newby was friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable. He was able to get the dui charge dismissed before it went to trial! Best possible outcome😊 I certainly hope we will never need his services again, but we highly recommend him!

James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was exceptionally skilled and diligent while handling our case. I would refer him to anyone because of the great services he provides and his affordable fees. His staff was also very friendly and easy to communicate with to get information and set up appointments. Overall our legal experience was made so much easier with his assistance. James Newby was extremely professional and versed in handling my case. He’s more than reasonable whenever it came to fee’s and the payment of fee’s.
As for my case, it was dismissed without cause. Through the process, he calmed any worries I had while being honest about the circumstances and possible outcomes.
Anyone looking for a friend to have in their corner while battling any criminal case, would be a fool not to speak to Mr. Newby about their case.

James and his staff were a pleasure to work with. He assisted me in all aspects of my case and was very proactive in communication, especially being in different cities this was very important to me.
I feel I was able to receive a much better outcome with James by my side. Through the process he was open, honest, he treated me with respect and was always willing to answer questions, make recommendations and assist in anyway he could.
