Highly recommend Austin Lux as your attorney. Recently defeated a false permanent protection order due to lack of evidence on the opposing partys end, as well as an arguably overwhelming amount of counter-evidence on our end. Plaintiff ended up dismissing the case. Austin was incredibley professional through out the whole process as well as very knowledgeable and informative. I can not express the amount of gratitude I have for The Lux Law Firm. I had gotten into a DV situation with my ex husband and I had several misdemeanor charges and a couple felony charges. I had a clean criminal history prior and this was very scary for me. I immediately felt secure when I started talking to The Lux Law Firm as there was very clear communication, very fast responses to any questions I had. All felony charges were dropped and all misdemeanor charges were dropped besides one M-1 charge and I was put on a 18 month deferred sentence which gives me the opportunity to keep my criminal history clean. I also did not have the finances to be able to afford to pay him in full so he worked out a payment with me that worked for both of us.
