Mr. Newby and his firm did phenomenal work for me. After receiving a rather serious traffic infraction, I wanted to hire an attorney to represent me in court. I spoke to several around CO Springs that were either really expensive or acted like my case was a waste of their time. James was the exact opposite however. He treated me with the upmost respect and treated my case like it were as important as any other. His work reflected that as well. He went to all my appearances so I didnt have to miss work and he was able to negotiate my ticket down to something much less severe and zero points off my license. My experience with James and his firm was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone with a legal concern.

James Newby provided the best outcome possible, a dismissal of as careless driving charge. From the beginning he agreed that the charge was bogus and got the prosecutor to drop the charge. The process to obtain his services was easy, his team was very helpful and communication was proactive.
