Thanks from the bottom of my heart to Jennifer and her team for their expertise as they walked me through a challenging life experience. Their support, which led to a happy, successful outcome, was amazing!

Jennifer Knies is awful. She is a home destroyer. She was CFI in my case. First off, she didn't even put effort in to getting to know my child custody case. She didn't interview people who would've been important. Her final report had names and dates totally wrong and inaccurate. My ex has been trying to remove me from my daughters lives, and thanks to Jennifer, she will most likely be successful. I've been dealing with false accusations and Jennifer didn't put any effort in to finding the truth. Thanks to her, my daughters will most likely miss out on having their father in their lives for their childhood. She just ers on the side of removing parents. It's awful!! I don't understand how she can live with her conscience. If you want a CFI to put actual effort in to your case, I would look elsewhere. I basically paid her to remove me from my daughters lives. I'm completely heart broken.

I unfortunalty do not have enough words, nor will they even do justice for what Nick Sung and Heather have done for me. Anyone would be making a grave mistake not choosing this law firm to represent you. Your search stops here. Nick, you have single handedly changed my life for the better and my girls will forever know who you are. You are the best at your craft and Knies, Hellend & McPherson are blessed to have you on their team. Heather, your words and kindess and understanding is what got me through this terrible year. You were a friend and I will forever be grateful for you. I do not write reviews, but this is the least I can do for Nick and Heather. Stop looking for anyone else. Stop searching for "best family law in Colorado Springs". If you are reading this, you found them. Worth every single pennny, and I would spend it all over again for what they did for me. The best way to describe Nick and Heather….DEDICATED WINNERS!!! Nick was born to do exactly what he does! And he does it so very WELL! He is patient, thorough, never misses a single detail no matter how small, knows his case (and both parties) immaculately and always shows up prepared and ready to give you his best…and that he does, every time! You want him standing next to you, not on the other side of the room, that I can promise you. You found your team in this law firm. They’ll go to bat for you, no matter how long it takes.

Finding a good attorney is not always easy. Finding a GREAT attorney is even harder! Finding the BEST attorney EVER is almost impossible….. well, Nick Sung is good, great & the BEST EVER!!!! If you want to win in court and go into a courtroom with an amazing attorney, you found him. He & Heather are quite the team. They are patient. They are there with you every step of the way. When you walk into court they are prepared and ready to take on your case that they will know backwards & forwards. There are just not enough words to describe how happy we are that they were on our side.

You cannot ask for a better attorney than Ezra and his team. During our initial session he assuaged my fears, level what was within the possibilities and communicated the most likely outcome of my Divorce. Most importantly he soothed a lot of concerns I had going into a divorce as a father. He was very good at seeing past my emotion and passion and asking the right question to I have the counsel possible and get the outcome I needed and wanted. My circumstances were particularly challenging and Ezra new exactly how to deal with my ex’s attorney to win in court and ensure my kids and I were taken care of. Most importantly, Ezra is an excellent communicator and was always available to explain things to me when I had questions and ensure I knew what was going on.

I’m leaving this on behalf of my fiancé. Jennifer has been his attorney for almost three years now. Our overall experience with this law firm has been nothing but positive. Jennifer is calm under pressure and knows how to advise you in high conflict situations. Krista, her paralegal works diligently and is always explaining things in ways that us non lawyers can understand. Recently Jennifer had Nick Sung fill in for her. Nick came in with not a lot of time to get familiar with my fiancés case and he absolutely crushed it. You can tell he has a passion for justice and doing what’s right. We really admire everyone who works here because they really do care about families. They never make you feel stupid or like a waste of time. Even if you have a number of questions they make sure you understand the legal system. This entire law firm really has families best interest at heart.

Thank you Ezra and Jessica for all the tireless efforts put forth in our case. They are calculated and wise in choices made to me but also don't make false promises on what is a reasonable outcome. In a world full of family law attorneys promising unreasonable outcomes and not being able to objectively and strategically maneuver family law....they are the best and grateful the research I put into finding Ezra was worth it. EASILY FIVE STARS! If you are looking for a trustworthy and intelligent attorney who knows the law and will fairly represent you, look no further! Kelly McPherson and Stephanie are an amazing team and I am so thankful to them both for guiding my kids and I through a challenging time. It is tough to add to all the accurate reviews below, so I will just offer that Kelly is well known here in Colorado and her stellar reputation is well deserved. She will quickly understand your intent, formulate a strategy on how to best achieve your desired outcome, communicate risks and concerns with you, and be aggressive (only when necessary). Moreover, she understands how expensive court actions can be, so she carefully manages your financial interests as well. In my experience, Kelly was actually referred to me by a good friend who was not represented by Kelly-- my friend was represented by another attorney who opposed Kelly and did poorly in the case. I can think of no higher praise than when a losing client recommends the opposing attorney to you because they wished they could've been represented by that attorney and they know you need the best. Hire Kelly and you won't be disappointed.
