Five stars and then some! I've had a lot of experience, good and bad, with attorneys over the years with my business and personal life. It was actually my step-son's wife that hired Newby Law Firm to represent her husband in a case of probation violation, so I was not sure what to expect. When I heard that the DA was playing hardball in my step-son's case. I was naturally very concerned. Josh Lindley, with Newby Law, stepped up and did an amazing job. After assessing risks and options with us we decided to go before the judge. We made a game plan and he executed it perfectly, from preparing us for testimony, through to a powerful courtroom argument, tying events and circumstances together masterfully for an extraordinarily favorable judgement. The DA and his crew got spanked hard like you don't see very often. It was a beautiful moment. Josh Lindley is a winner and he cares. Newby Law has done well offering this calibre of representation.

James is a great guy where do I start. I did a lot of research on attorneys when I was looking to hire a attorney when I was in a conflict and was wrongfully charged. I wanted someone who was going to step up to the plate and go to bat for me. James did exactly that what a incredible job all charges dismissed or dropped!!!! I could not be happier James has earned my business for life. He took care of me for a great price that was affordable for a family man supporting his stay at home wife and daughter I was truely amazed at the price it was worth every penny. The office staff is also amazing they were extremely helpful in getting anything done or communicated. I recommend that if you need a lawyer hire James you will be in the best hands there is.

Mr. Newby took very good care of me and I highly recommend using his service. I never even stepped into a court room because he took care of EVERYTHING including some of my bill! Very friendly and inviting and he has the best rates in town.

Mr. Newby handled my tickets I got from an accident. He got them reduced to my satisfaction and he kept me employable in my field. He beat another firms price by a thousand dollars and still produced a great result.

Josh was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. The moment I left his office after our first encounter I felt a huge waited had been lifted off of me. I have been on probation for 3 years, I only wish I had met him earlier in this process and I feel like it would have been completely different for me.
