Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Mr. James Newby. He was polite, personable and listened to everything I said answering any questions intelligently and clearly. He cleaned up big speeding ticket for me . He genuinely cares about his field of expertise and clients and I would recommend him to anyone. I expected the best and I got the best. James Newby accomplished what we set out to get since day 1 in the courtroom. Very respected in the courtroom by everyone from the Judge to the D.A. Definitely recommend James Newby as an attorney if you find yourself in a serious situation needing of one. Fees are a bit expensive, although altogether cheaper than other lawyers I had gone to but definitely manageable.

Really nice and honest guy. The first attorney i've ever worked with, he was always straight forward with me about my cas, any questions i had he was always willing to answer and if he could not answer he would reach out to others personally in order to figure it out. A pleasure to work with. Ps. I looked forward to going into his office since he has a beatiful view of the mountains.

James assisted us in a driving issue that occurred while we were on vacation in Colorado. Living in another state made court appearances and such impossible. James was knowledgeable, compassionate and followed through with promises to get our case dropped. His staff is also quite wonderful!
