Very Professional, VERY knowledgeable. Mr. Lance Wood is with you through the whole process and makes sure you are kept in the loop in every step of the way. He responds quickly and makes sure you are comfortable with the work he is doing. He explains every little thing he is doing, even if it may seem unnecessary to explain it. He makes sure you are well informed on your rights and steps you can take. When he gives recommendations on the course you should take he explains the pros and cons of each decision. We used Lance wood from July of 2021 until April of 2022. He is very knowledgeable, very patient, and takes time to explain each process in detail. I called to schedule a consultation with Attorney Lance Wood to ask for general advice on a military investigation. I did not need legal representation but Mr. Wood was more than happy to spend over 20 minutes talking to me about my situation and give legal advice on what to expect and what my rights are. He even assured me that if I needed representation, i could call him back on his personal cell whenever i needed. The last law office I called stonewalled me as soon as I asked a question regarding advice and said I needed to hire them for $3500. Mr. Wood was a stark contrast.
