Excellent attorney. Tim took my case when the DAV could not get my rating over 60% for PTSD. Tim was able to get through the VA run around and got my 100% and my back pay as I was no longer able to work. Great job. Bravo Zulu. This has changed mine and my wife's life. Thank you Tim.

Mr Franklin was great. After being dropped by one lawyer and another couldn't take the case due to personal reasons, I contacted Mr. Franklin and he took my case. About a year later he was able to get me a satisfactory determination.

I was getting nowhere with my claim.I found Sean to take my case...he was informative and stayed in touch with me as it dragged on ...he won for me which I couldn't have done alone. I hired Tim to represent me with a VA claim. I had a claim with the VA since 2009 I was denied at the federal level. The VA service officer said at that point she was no longer allowed to help me with further appeals. I contacted Tim for his help. He worked hard to complete all the paperwork and kept me informed during each step. We won the appeal in May 2018! I recommend Tim to any veteran that has been denied a claim from the VA.

Hired Tim to persue a disability claim with the VA. Although the DAV had given up on the claim he thought there was a semblance of hope. He never once promised that he or his firm could produce miracles but was always straight forward and realistic with expectations. Here we are, 4 years later, at the end of a successful appeal. So my advice to other vets is this: although the DAV was helpful they were limited due the nature of the bureaucracy; if you want an experienced professional that will provide focus and knowledge to your case, call Tim, he is worth it.
