After the initial seminar we were left with the impression that little to no work was going to be required on our part, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was a little frustrating to find out that was not entirely accurate, but now after having gone through or rather, still in the middle of the "process", I have a better understanding of why the majority of the funding process lands on us. Everyone seemed to be competent and genuinely helpful. Hanna Galindo, however, was especially pleasant, patient, and helpful with a couple of older folks who are technologically challenged.
