This lawyer group seems to only be seeking immediate large cash payments to do "estate plan." Went to seminar, sending me tons of emails but no serious followup when asked, declined my referral to them of an active memory-care family.

Chad setup a very comprehensive living trust us us. I liked the fact that the Hammond Law Group charges a fixed fee for the work you want done. That way you know what the cost will be without worrying about lawyer hourly rates. I also liked the fact that your fixed price includes update meetings every three years and meetings with beneficiaries after a death.

Will definitely recommend this law office for estate planning. Help was a phone call or email away and the final product was exactly what we wanted. Very professional staff.

I was in search of an attorney to create an estate plan for myself and my husband. I attended several free seminars put on by local attorneys. I narrowed the choice siren to two different firms with similar philosophies and fees. We went with Chad Spencer because he made us both feel comfortable plus he made a comment during the free seminar regarding complications when a charity receives a portion from retirement accounts.
