Mark and his staff are amazing and I cannot say enough about their dedication, passion, and empathy to individuals’ circumstances. Mark was the first to objectively evaluate my fiancé’s situation, when other lawyers just said “well, your ex said you beat her, so you probably did”. Mark has what many lawyers do not these days: judgment, discretion, and executive functioning ability. He defended my fiancé fiercely. Mark saw the systemic, judicial, and social abuse my fiancé was suffering as an actual domestic abuse victim, and was the only one who believed him. Not only that, but Mark felt so badly for how much my fiancé was made to suffer, he forgave his legal debt without any prompting or being asked for relief. He simply offered it because he saw how unfairly he was being treated, and simply wanted to ease his burden. That’s a quality I have never observed on a lawyer, ever, and I wish all lawyers had the character, dedication, and empathy that Mark Hanchey does. We speak about him in my household not infrequently; to me he is a symbol of what lawyers should be: a person who represents justice and not only themselves. I wish we had only Hancheys as lawyers, it’d be a better world.

Mark Hanchey got me great results for a fair amount but I do not recommend this law firm. They do not treat you like a priority. They do not return your phone calls. I still have not received a call from this company for discharge paperwork. this company does not have good communication at all
