Very Patient and understanding Man.

The Law Office of Mark Hanchey was absolutely wonderful to work with. I can not say enough for my experience with the office during my personal injury claim. I worked with Mr. Ben Peterson (Personal Injury Lawyer) from the office and cannot say enough kind words about him and the assistants at the office. On a personal note, Mr. Peterson was very forthcoming on my personal injury claim and always stayed in touch as my case proceeded. I would highly recommend using this office for any needs that Mr. Hanchey and/or Mr. Peterson can provide. I am so thankful that I have found a law office that, if ever the need arises, I can trust to use.

I haven't dealt with any legal issues up until now, I got recommended to Mr Hanchey, he is understanding and professional! On his top of his game! Works great with military! Quick to the point! Thereafter, you make the decison to hire or not. Mr. Hanchey, is well respected in the court system. He earns his pay and is well worth it. We knew when we hired Mr. Hanchey we were facing serious charges. He mitigated the charges enabling my young son to pay for his wrongs without ruining his life. Respectfully.

Mr. Mark Hanchey is a brilliant, amazing, lawyer. Our case was very difficult...Open and Shut as they say... no one thought that a lawyer would help. However, Mark Hanchey did. Mr. Hanchey took the time to look at the big picture. He explained the Whole Story and He fought for us. Even when part of us had given up... he never did. It is a fact that Mark Hanchey saved my boyfriends life. He is direct, knowledgeable, patient, and throughout. His staff is welcoming and kind. The whole team is just fantastic. The outcome was worth ten times what we paid. Freedom is not free, but the verdict is priceless.

Mr. Hanchey helped me through the legal aftermath of a careless driving charge I received earlier this year. I would recommend Mr. Hanchey and his firm very highly. He made it clear to me from the start that his priorities were to make the whole process as transparent as possible to me, and to obviously minimize the impacts on my life, job, etc. This was important to me because I am in the military and didn't want to be inhibited from traveling for training and whatnot for a relatively minor misdemeanor charge. Mr. Hanchey did as he promised throughout the process. He handled the majority of the legal engagement without me needing to be present, he and his firm were very professional and responsive when I did request information or updates, he was flexible and able to meet with me on short notice on multiple occasions, and in the end he was able to negotiate a very good deal and minimize the impact of the this charge on my life. I very much appreciate what Mr. Hanchey did for me throughout this process, I will return to him if I unfortunately need similar legal support in the future, and I would highly recommend him to anybody in a mess such as I found myself.

If I were you I would go with Mark Hanchey! I was in a very bad situation that brought charges towards myself. I called a few different lawyers asking for their opinions and what they would do with my case . Pretty much all of them gave me no answers and said they would need the money before they could say anything about my case. When I called Mr. Hanchey he was very confident and to the point about what he would do with my case. I was very scared at first but Mr. Hanchey’s viewpoint was very reassuring and comforting. When we went to court the other lawyers sounded very inexperienced and not very confident. When Mr. Hanchey begins to speak he distinguishes himself with experience and knowledge of the law. He in fact corrected the judge at my hearing if that tells you anything. All I can say is if you’re in a bad spot and you need a knowledgeable and confident lawyer to fight for you Mr. Hanchey is your man.
