I just don't have the right words, but this is single highhandedly the best lawyer office experience I have had. I had to appeal my first SSDI and Diana's office was awesome. They kept me up to date on everything and walked me thru the whole process and made it easy to understand and even easier to do. I believe in my heart that her office was a very large part to the reason I did get my SSDI. Again I don't have the right words if your are in the market for a great lawyer you couldn't find a better one.

“Social security disability insurance benefits for adults disabled since childhood” that is what I’m trying to apply under. The receptionist wouldn’t listen to me and instead of taking 10 seconds to do a google search to see what I was talking about I got a 30 second spiel about how wrong I was. The lawyers may be great, but the support staff needs to work on actually listening to people instead of assuming.

The staff here was knowledgeable. They gently reminded us and nudged to help us get through the process. We actually used their services for two separate issues. One was a social security disability claim. I have known of others who applied and were denied - and they were completely disabled. Diane K Bross PC filed our claim and it was approved. I credit their office for getting our claim through so efficiently.

Everyone in the office was on top of their game and helped us every step of the way with our needs, all during COVID-19. They always answered our calls timely and helped us to maintain a clear plan.
