Edit on 7/20/2020: Diana reached out to me the same day i dropped the original review with 1 star. I have increased it to 3 stars because she did reach out to me, apologized for rushing me off the phone and emailed me some pre-work paperwork to fill out. Whether I proceed or not with her services, i appreciated her reaching out. i could give her a zero star, i would do so. I called her office and the admin took preliminary info for Diane to call back. Diane did call back few hours later and jumps to the conclusion that i would only qualify for ch. 13 and not ch. 7 without asking me any other detailed questions. And i told her that we are looking to file ch. 7 bit she flat out refuses and tells me that if i can find out more info on how to file ch 7 to reach out to her. Ummm, you're the attorney who is supposed to provide the best option after spending few minutes on talking to me and it shouldn't be the other way around. Worst start on my bankrutcy journey. Ughhhh.
