Zero follow up or care for our family. Very disappointed and sad

Outstanding!! I chose Ramos Law to represent me in seeking assistance on dealing with the medical bills I owed from numerous visits I had to my primary health care providers, the Emergency Room stay and medical specialists. In late 2020, experienced a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) due to negligence, and with Ramos' experience and expertise in seeking compensation from this TBI, they were the obvious law firm choice to represent me. This process has been difficult to say the least, but Alicia Oaks and Rachel Foster from the Ramos Colorado Springs office, helped me manage this complex process and the end result was obtaining the compensation to deal with my insurance company, and long lasting the pain and suffering. Most of all, Alicia and Rachel, always answered my questions in a timely manner, and they even called me "out of the blue", and see how I was managing my symptoms. I will always remember this, and believe this sense of caring for for my health and mental well-being is unmatched by any other law firm. Choose Ramos, you can't go wrong.
