Helpful but directed to wrong law firm on handling my legal matters.

Hi, I am a senior and was in a accident. A young woman was making a U- turn and hit me! What the heck am I supposed to do now? I called Ramos Law, and to my surprise they jumped all over this. The next thing I know is that I am in physical therapy and am being taken care of. All I had to do was get well! Ramos Law was the best thing I did! My nickname is" fred the dog" you can tell them I sent you, they will know who it is. You will not be sorry for calling the wonderful people at Ramos Law. Oh yeah I got a really good settlement, I loved the way I was treated so much I almost forgot about the settlement. Get ready to be spoiled! FTD

I always hoped I would never need a lawyer but life happens. I got rear ended at a red light and was injured badly enough to need medical care and physical therapy. After being encouraged by my claims adjuster and doctor, I decided to get a lawyer. I didn't know what to expect and only heard horror stories about how difficult this whole process was going to be. Alicia Oaks made the whole process easy. She helped me understand all the steps needed and how long everything was going to take. She kept regular contact with me so I knew that she was actively working on my case. If I had any questions I would get answers within a day. I was never in the dark at any point. I never once felt like I was forgotten or treated like I was just a paycheck. This firm genuinely cared about how I was recovering. I highly recommend this firm and Alicia Oaks to anyone who needs help. Genuine care is a rare thing to find these days and Ramos law is the real deal.

I would highly recommend Ramos Law firm. I worked with Alicia Oaks at their Colorado Springs for my case. She is very experienced and cares for you as an individual. She has great negotiation skills and is always on top of everything.

We contacted Clark Litten, with a possible worker comp claim. Our first call he stated he resided in Denver, however, he was the firms only workers comp attorney and he would come to Colo Spgs. He was fantastic on our initial call. But, after our follow up with him, he stated he didn’t have the file from a couple of months before, when we initially contacted him and his phone was ringing off the hook and he would call back after 5pm. He didn’t call back. We figured it was late and he would call back the next day. Well he called back 2 days later We spoke and and told him we wanted to obtain him. He stated he would check his schedule and get back to us. While awaiting his call, we had a family emergency. I texted him the circumstances. Advised him I would call him in a few days. He called that Wednesday upon receiving the text. and called and left a message on a Sunday, We were impressed. We called back Tuesday morning left him a message asking to set up meeting to sign paperwork. Thursday I get a message, stating if you have another attorney, that’s fine. I don’t want to pester you etc. I immediately called him back and explained that I was confused, I stated We left a message on Tuesday, asked if received our message, he then checked his messages and stated he must have overlooked the call. Note: time is of the essence claim had been now closed by workers comp. we began to set up an appointment. I asked the address to the color Spgs office.. he stated I am in Denver. We reminded him that he told us he would come to the Springs. He got tongue twisted. Stated He needed to get the address I the Colo Spgs area and re check his schedule and call us back... over a week has passed. I texted him that it appeared he is not interested in our case and we haven’t heard back, nor did he respond to the text... NO RESPONSE . Smh unprofessional, lack of communication and MOST importantly Claimed is closed and now NO Attorney. Extremely disappointed. A simple No I don’t work in the Springs or I don’t want to represent you would have saved time! So, the claim closed a month ago , Clark reassured us he would handle the situation and make sure the claim would be represented by him :( Definitely not the case... We have never done review before. ! This is serious claim closed to much time waiting on Attorney, not to mention stressful! Not sure what is going to happen about the claim. We Would Not Recommend this law firm!!!

Not impressed

Alicia Oaks has been wonderful helping me with my claim. She was calling or emailing and checking on me and keeping me informed of the process of my claim. Rachel is also always been quick and responsive with communication. Thank you so much for all you did. I will definitely refer you to anybody in need of a great legal team.

THE FEMALES AT RAMOS LAW FIRM ARE ROCK STARS.EVERYTIME I HAD A PROBLEM WOMEN LIKE MEGAN STEPHANSON AND KRISTY PASCHAL TOOK CHARGE AND DELIVERED ABOVE AND BEYOND. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.THANK YOU WOMEN OF RAMOS LAW.
