I truly believe that if an individual presents themselves as professionals and advertise their business as such they should be: 1. Communicative. 2. Responsive. 3. Honest. Priebe made a lease for my partner because he had to evict a tenant and Priebe could not stand behind his lease. I saw him call to follow up multiple times and the receptionist kept telling him that he will get back to him. After a week of following up daily and no response he decided to go with a different attorney just to find out his lease was outdated, which he had made 4 months before the eviction. It’s been 2 months since the eviction was successfully done and 5 months since he reached out to him. Until this day he has not reached out.
