Would give less stars , standard attorney sharks, POS. Gave $5,000 and after 2 months after no legal action, only their "fake" fees and meetings.....that $5,000 was gone. Only "junior" lawyers here, they are a joke, your. GO ELSE WHERE YOUR LIFE WILL BE SOOOO MUCH BETTER

Started out with a seasoned attorney that we hired. He ended up leaving the firm and we were reassigned to another young, inexperienced attorney that wasted not only 9months of our time but almost 10k in attorney fees and got nothing accomplished on our case. We were told our case was pretty cut and dry due to the facts, only to have it over complicated by the attorneys at Burnham law. This was the 2nd time for us using Burnham law. The first time was great and the attorney was fantastic. We found out after we hired a new firm and attorney that most of the seasoned attorneys at Burnham law have all left leaving mostly new fairly inexperienced staff. I Do Not and Would Not Recommend this firm to anyone.

Attorney Kayla Wingard represented me in an alimony termination case. She was steadfast, reliable, and diligent in her duties and responsibilities during this entire process. I would like to add that after having worked closely with her, not only do I have the utmost respect for her professionally, but now consider her a friend.

Every single person I encountered was inept, incompetent, asinine and rude. Do NOT go here!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my dear friend. She was referred to this firm by another firm and to say the process was difficult is an understatement. She was passed around to 3 different attorneys during the course of her divorce due to those attorneys leaving Burnham law. Instead of charging the firm the hours it took to get each attorney up to date and familiar with her case they charged her each and every time a new attorney had to take over the case due to another leaving. There is obviously a lack of stability within the firm and given hindsight she would have chosen a different firm completely. If you don’t mind paying for their employee turnarounds (costing $35k total without having to go to trial) this is the perfect place to get your divorce handled through.

Mikayla and her team gave me peace of mind, handled all the paperwork and details, and made this difficult time less stressful. I appreciate the attention to detail and how quickly they responded to my questions and concerns.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband’s experience with Jeremy Wooten. Jeremy was assigned to my husband’s case after his 2 previous attorneys left the firm. My husband was stressed, for obvious reasons. Upon taking over his case, Jeremy worked extremely hard to get caught up to speed. He was professional and extremely kind. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone that needs business handled, and it handled fast. Thanks for being a stand up guy. We appreciate you!

Highly recommend! Kayla Wingard was excellent. She was organized and professional. Very intelligent and composed. I had her right before she took maternity leave. I’ve also used Kaliegh Fields who is fantastic. Both are personable, communicate very well, and take care of business. I highly recommend Burnham Law. These 2 ladies have been amazing. Adding to my post that I posted a year ago. My case was drawn out and Kayla continued to be amazing. Once again I highly recommend her. Her paralegal Rebecca was great too. All top notch.
