I hired Bachus & Schanker for my workers comp case in October of 2018. The lady who reviewed the case said I had a case, then came 9 months later telling me I don't have a case. They had poor customer service, they didn't communicate effectively, and never followed up in a timely manner and kept me in suspense about my case. Also my case manager never responded to emails or voice messages. I would not recommend them if you want your case handled.

READ THIS::: facts: Workers comp case, shoulder and spine injury, the attorney and their legal assistant were homophobic. I cant move my arm or enjoy life at 27. My attorney quit, I closed my case and have spent thousands with my doctors, 3 drs are putting together a diagnosis and T.P to reopen my case. I called "shank in the back" for help my old attorney told me she didnt want to take my case, after she ruined it in the first place.

I haven't had a lot of experience with lawyers, but the team at Bachus and Schanker were awesome! I never felt ignored and they were always professional, respectful and considerate. They did the best job possible for me and I highly recommend them!

Corey Holton and his paralegal, Ashley Garcia, were both great and easy to work with. Their continuous communication about my case was appreciated and allowed me to keep them informed as well. I would highly recommend Bachus & Schanker if you find yourself the victim of auto accident.

Very bad service , does not keep the lines of communication open . Every time they contact you they need you to send to send another paper ,So far I have spent my money and seen nothing .I was told last year the case is being heard they send since then nothing . Now they want me to give permission to access my HIPPA records. Should this continue I will report them to the Bar ASSOC

DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE! If you want to be treated like cattle, not given complete information and no updates ever then this is your place. Otherwise learn from my mistake and shop around.
Also if you leave a negative review they will drop you as a client. Further proving how awesome they are.
