I hired B & S after I was rear ended over 2 years ago & I’m still not 100%, I endured a humiliating trial for nothing! I was a victim & the @ fault driver admitted his negligence & careless driving since the day of accident! I didn’t win my case, B&S won! My case settled for $32.5K & I ended up with less than $2500.00? Never again B&S!

Absolutely the worst service. My father is need of URGENT care, and they've told us they would help and look at his case right away. It's been nearly 2 months and we haven't gotten a single answer from them. We've tried calling, and not a single response. They only have ONE Spanish speaker (that we know of) that isn't even a lawyer there. This place sucks and we will be switching lawyers shortly. Do not recommend at all.

@ jeff grob I was injured and hurt in December 2014 and have enlisted the services of B&S. Maaren Johnson, who you have spoken very highly has not replied to my email I sent her on December 2016 inquiring about the progress of my case. A month later, I left a voice mail with no response. During the beginning stage of my case, the intake person was more helpful, cordial, and demonstrated great customer service. I learned that he has since left. I will not recommend B&S because they are totally BS! Edited 03/05/2019: My initial post rated B&S one star. I have since changed my mind after we met and discuss my issues and concerns and developed a strategy on moving forward. I have learned that the insurance company was playing hardball with absolutely no justification or reason. I was very upset and had rushed to judgment in my initial post, and being frustrated, I used this medium to vent my frustrations. I was wrong and I apologize. Maaren is amazingly very dedicated and the team represented me with utmost professionalism and tactical precision on working my case. They are very hard-working folks and honest. They represented my interest first rather than theirs. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Maaren and Clayton.

My case manager was extremely helpful. He would follow up with me if bills were pending, return all calls within a day, and answered each question. I felt like my case mattered and was fully taken care of by each member of Bachus and Schanker that worked on my case.
