The process after my accident was long and grueling, from surgery to having the other persons insurance try and put 20% fault on me just so they didn't have to pay for everything. The lawyers here listened to me and my concerns and went straight to work to help me get what I needed to pay for surgery and to live while I can't work for a while. I just want to thank you all for what you have done for me.

The team at Bachus and Schanker were great to work with. I don’t know if I could have navigated all of the insurance issues after my wreck without them. Justin Mosery was my attorney and he kept me updated throughout the process even checking in if nothing had changed for a while. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was turned away by other firms, because I was told my case was quite difficult to fight. Bachus & Schanker was willing to take my case on, and made this entire process as simple and stress free as possible. My case manager, Jon Yanagihara was there every step of the way making sure I remained up to date and informed on what was taking place. I am very thankful for him and every other person involved along the way. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I know who I will be calling.

Do not trust these people ( Read the bad reviews)they wasted a year when I applied for disability. They give me a 15 minute prep in the lobby before I went before the disability judge and when I was denied they basically left me high and dry. I did make an internal complaint but it went nowhere. I went with Sawaya and they got me my disability.
