Bachus & Schanker has been wonderful through every step of the process. Derrek was the first person who really helped me get the ball rolling and took the time to answer my multitude of questions and explain the full process. My case manager, Kristie, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Every person I have interacted with has been kind, helpful, and patient. During a scary, stressful process I have experienced nothing but support and understanding. This law firm’s ability to communicate and keep me updated on the status of my case is unparalleled. I’m very impressed with how they operate.

I was rear ended in 2022, hired Bachus & Schanker thinking they would atleast fight on my side. I was VERY wrong. It was a nightmare from the beginning when my initial case worker, Inez Washington, would answer and hang up my calls, go days/weeks/months without responding to my emails, lied and manipulated me into signing documents over to the at-fault's insurance company. I was then assigned to another 2 case workers whom i sent all documentation to regarding medical bills, medical providers i was seen by because they didn't even have that right. Finally, I was assigned to attorney Jonny Campbell. I thought my nightmare was over. During our initial conversation via phone call, i thought he seemed genuine and would actually fight my case for me instead of looking for their own profit. Long story short, after being lied to and manipulated again by the attorney, i decided to stop all communication via phone call and proceeded with email communication ONLY to have documentation to protect myself in the long run. Emails would go unanswered, medical bills went into collections after being "paid", the settlement Jonny got was a complete joke and i was told i'd lose going into a trial, forcing my hand to settle for nothing almost. I lost over $40,000 and got pennies back. They didn't even account for all my medical bills considering i'm still in collections and now I have to pay that out of my own pocket. Read their bad reviews (from all their offices) and believe them. I would highly recommend people go elsewhere unless you're okay with being in collections and your attorney profiting more off your injuries.

I called regarding a dog attack and I was told they would call me back the next day and when they called me back a couple of days later I was not available. So we set up a scheduled meeting the following morning and they never contacted me. Poor communication and lack of commitment. I am updating this review because customer service rectified this situation and took accountability. Appreciate the professionalism and I feel validated. Olivia MacKenzie provided stellar intake assessment. Now receiving the care desired.

Please find another law firm to represent you! Nearly two years later and they have done absolutely nothing to move my case forward. Minimal communication. . Their attorneys keep quitting (that’s about the only communications I’ve consistently gotten from them) I’m currently on my FOURTH attorney in this firm. I received an email yesterday saying that my case has been ‘transitioned’ to a fourth attorney in the firm because mine had quit. My original attorney, Andrew Quisnberry (who left the firm abruptly), then Clayton Skeen (who I thought was my attorney but now I’m even more confused because in the email yesterday they said ‘my attorney Jessie’ had resigned) then Jessie Tasselmyer?? (who also left abruptly), now apparently I’m back with Clayton Skeen again?!?? WTH is going on over there? I don’t think it’s coincidence that attorneys keep leaving the firm unexpectedly. Time is of the essence when dealing with injuries and law, I’m terrified that they are going to blow my entire case! Very unprofessional. As another reviewer wrote, thanks for adding to the uncertainty, stress, and confusion in my already shattered life. Also, the unprofessional way they address their bad reviews should be a warning to all. Just read them, very immature and absolutely unprofessional.
