Elisa was a 10 l have never got a person that has such great customer service skills like Elisa I would definitely referral anybody that needs an Injury lawyer and we are so happy to be with this firm. IMO, don’t use them for WC. They didn’t have my best interest, paralegal was sloppy and did things like wanting me to sign something that I already signed, etc. they didn’t really do anything for me and I’m sure they will put a lien on my settlement. Maybe that was their plan, IDK. Attorney called me and treated me how I want them to treat the insurance company that’s walking all over me instead of treating me like a client that they will make money off of. All she told me is to hire someone else. Terrible experience and this is all my opinion on the facts that happened. IMO, don’t use them! To their post: I complied totally. There is something very wrong with this law firm. IMO, use someone else that has real ethics, not just say they do. I have proof I complied 100% even if I disagreed. Now I can’t even hire another Attorney because they would have to spit the fee.

Derrek Devan is one great team meambe of the Bachus & Schanker team that makes this company great to work with. Derrek I feel has went above and beyond and I look forward to working other his team.

Nobody ever responds to phone calls or emails that’s working on your case. They don’t seem to care about your case. It’s been over a year and I have yet to have any resolution. They will just send you the same automated email every 3 months with no follow up. I have left several emails and never get a response. It’s so frustrating at this point, that I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone. Take my advice and just stay far away!

I had a wonderful experience speaking with Derrek Devan who walked me through the process of filing a claim. He was so professional which put me at ease during this very stressful situation. There were so many questions that I was sure how to answer to. Derek took the time to explain and answer all my questions which put me at ease. After my wreck, I contacted Bachus and Schanker. My intake call with Keona was an absolute pleasure, surprisingly. You just don’t expect these necessary phone calls to be anything other than just that. Instead, I felt supported, relieved, grateful and also thankful for their patience while on the call as my toddler in the background was very disruptive. The accident I was involved in has kinda rocked my world and my conversations with everyone in this company so far have helped me to not feel as overwhelmed by it.

I made a inquiry not expecting such a quick response. I was contacted immediately afterwards. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Big thanks to Mr. Derrek DeVan for answering my questions promptly, leaving no doubt in my mind that B&S is serious about their clients unfortunate situations.
