I was just in an auto accident at no fault of my own with a local business's delivery box truck driver that has resulted in our vehicle being completely totaled out and has left me with chemical burns amd neck/shoulder pain that's concerning and has me worried of the lasting impact going forward. The at faults insurance company claim agent that we spoke to was incredibly rude, short, in a hurry amd left us feeling like we are facing an uphill battle. After doing local searches for a law firm to help us and pages and pages of reviews we decided on Bachus & Schanker. We are only in the very early stages of this auto accident but I am confident we made the right choice in who we selected to represent us and help with not only the injury matters but they also are going to take care of the property damage/vehicle total replacement etc etc! Had a meeting with Derek Devan this morning who was extraordinarily thorough and the most helpful person we've encountered thus far. My husband and I each are very impressed at the level of compassion, care, concern, help, reassurance amd empathy that Derek had shown to us especially being now injured from no fault of my own and he even made sure I was able to reach him if after business hours/weekends! Not going to find that type of humanity and help these days just anywhere! So far its been a smooth and easy process handling everything over the phone and signing electronically all documents within mins right on our phones! If you happen to find yourself in a similar situation and needing help woth handling insurance agents, navigating injury treatments, property damages etc and actually want a human being whos not reading from a script like a robot you absolutely should give them a call!
