I called for a second opinion on a case I am involved in. Shannon Pearson (Intake Director) was incredibly helpful, gracious with his time and understood my position quickly. He gave me his professional opinion and was very knowledgeable about the views that insurance providers hold. While it wasn't exactly the information I wanted to hear - Shannon delivered it to me with candor and grace.
