My resolution attorney was Chase Allen, he did everything he could to resolve my case for me. Chase made sure to call and keep me informed about current negotiations. What was very nice is how easy Chase made things; he gave me advice on what he felt was the correct thing to do when I wasn't sure. Another honorable mention would be my case manager, Zach Bertha. Zach not only called constantly to make sure I was doing alright, but arranged my providers to ensure I was getting help after my accident. Zach was an instrumental part of my claim and getting the help I needed. Both Chase and Zach, I feel, made sure to make me feel like a top priority. Called on behalf of my wife and our child who were in an auto accident other driver was given citation. Was told they would pass along my info and to wait for a call If they were interested in taking on my case, they didn't take much info or seem interested no call today.

Not recommendable Very bad experience with Inez, poor communication, I asked her many times by email since she never answered my text messages or my calls. I'm still waiting for her to reply to the last email I sent last week.

Wow. The service with these guys was so disappointing. For the fees I was charged you figure they would have the decency to stay on top of my case but that is not what happened. Since I signed with them I have gone through three different case attorneys just trying to get checks that have already been settled with the insurance. Their turnover is so high they don't even know when people's attorneys don't work there anymore. I have had experience with attorneys a couple times but I have to say this was by far a horrible experience. Dont get me wrong, the people I dealt with were alll very nice and professional but if I didnt contact someone every week I would still not have even the first check. Go somewhere else. *update* So Dustin Bergman took things over and got it all handled in less than a day so I will say that when I hammered them about the issue they moved quick and got it handled Thanks Dustin!

Don't know how this firm got so many good reviews I got hit by a semi truck and got represented horribly by a lawyer who I didn't know at the time was on his way out and handled my case very unprofessionally. I had accumulated medical bills and a loan over $20K as I was out of work. I was told I would be able to recover that as well as pain and suffering. Connor initially was going for $70K which I was on board with.. He closed my case with a $10K settlement even though I expressed numerous times I was dissatisfied. I'm still recovering from this financially and physically. Please avoid this place

We worked with Kyle after our son's accident. Our case was handled by the Elite Litigation Group. They have a wonderful team that guided us well though the whole legal process and at the same time providing us with the mental and emotional support we really needed during this difficult period. They were very caring and compassionate. We felt very supported when Alyssa visited our home to check on us and see how our son was coping. She also attended the court hearing on our behalf when we were out of town. As we were juggling to find a trust worthy disability attorney, Kyle referred us to Tim who helped us set up a disability trust for the proceedings. It was also very nice of them to take care of the attorney fees that was required to establish the trust. Kyle and his team were able to get a settlement that was way over our expectation. They handled subrogation process with the insurance companies in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience working with their team and would highly recommend them.
