My mother passed away just over a year ago very unexpectedly due to the results of a car accident on Hwy24 in Colorado. Kyle and Alyssa with the Elite Litigation Group of Bachus and Schanker were there from the very beginning. They were able to help us through this tough time. Every email was answered quickly and every question was never made to feel inadequate. Over the course of a year, multiple phone calls, emails, and texts were exchanged. All the data and information collected by them and their team did not go unnoticed or appreciated. It also helps that Kyle has been through something similar and could actually relate to our situation. Thank you all so much for your work and dedication to our family. We are now able to put this behind us and move on to our new normal. Thank you for treating us so well.

Saddest part about this is I truly thought these matters get resolved but I hope for anyone reading in hopes they might find representation with this place there is still hope but unfortunately for me it wasn’t meant to be! I posted a 5 star review and I still feel the hope in this law firm but with my experience I wouldn’t want anything more but peace thanks everyone and good luck to those in hopes of finding peace and happiness.

Great place. Got hit by some schmohawk and injured last year, got in touch with these guys after some research and went through the whole process with them. Got all the treatment done and handled and the whole process was easy, just had to stay in communication with them throughout and they handled everything. Finalizing the settlement was relatively painless, just make it clear you’re willing to go trial against these sorry insurance companies and it’s a wrap. My guy Justin Mosery went to work and made it all happen. Didn’t even blink at the insurance company lowballing us left and right and came through on everything he said he would. Altogether the whole deal took about a 14mos and i ran up 5 figures off of it. Can’t lose with Bachus and Schanker or my man Justin Mosery. They’ll get the job done. My only advice is be patient and don’t get greedy. Get that money yall.

Accidents can turn your whole world upside down. These guys were helpful with getting everything all sorted out with the many many people that are involved in a case like mine. I contacted them yesterday. Typical lazy attorneys! They want it easy and workman’s comp insurance! Instead of construction site negligence! They are a collection in Mill not attorneys that can figure out complexed and a little foot work. I found two attorneys that are aggressive and want to fight! They live only because of advertising.
