After over a year of being "represented" by this "law firm" and only ever speaking with paralegals who speak very broken English I was dropped by the law firm because I did not provide them with information that they had already received from me I felt like I was being sent through hoops and I didn't feel that there was any outcome ever going to happen so after wasted time I now have to find another law firm to represent me thanks for nothing how do you punish somebody because you lost their information

Incredible lawyer, efficient, communicative, and will get you the most out of your situation.

I literally just heard from my lawyer who was supposed to be handling my case after 4 weeks of no communication. His only response to me was, "your getting your workers comp payment right, what else do you want me to do?" Completely rude and unprofessional. If your looking for a lawyer, look elsewhere asap My name is listed as Jennifer Rice, guess no one there bothered to learn my name either....and my lawyer was Mr. J Gonzalez

Rude, surprising everyone recommend them. Tried to explain my case but I kept getting cut off very carelessly like he was in a rush. He didn't get the details so how is my case denied? I knew from the conversation they were going to be horrible to work with!

Dealing with injuries after a car accident is highly stressful. Managing everything else, along with hospital visits, can be overwhelming.However, the entire process with B&S was effortless! 3 yrs ago, I contacted this firm to represent me on my disability case. They sent me to a group called The National Disability Group. What a JOKE this law firm is. Have been waiting for 3 years on an approval, and finally got my medical portion approved. Still waiting on my non medical. I understand that this is not their fault, but the communication from the attorney's they sent me to is non existent. Can't leave voicemail because mailbox is full. Have not received a response to my emails. I have questions and because they will not get back to me, they still have not been answered. Bachus and Schanker should really refer clients to attorneys who are willing to put the work in, because this referral is a reflection on them. Super disappointed in this law firm.
