Go elsewhere. B&S dealt with two cases for me. No action was taken for over a year and I was passed around several members of staff which had a detrimental effect on the outcome. You will also be passed to third party chiropractors who hold no weight to help your case and are simply making money from you. Third party investigators will also be instructed which are basically pointless when B&S refuse to fight your case. I received very little for my injuries due to the fact nothing was done on my case for over a year, B&S refused to argue my injuries when the insurers incorrectly blamed the other accident for my injuries to get out of paying, plus you have to pay these unnecessary third party fees which clients are not properly informed about. Ultimately, I received less than 20% and the rest went to fees.

It has been 8 months since I was struck by a lady while she was attempting to navigate down a snow packed Denver side street. I was working on repairing a friends car when she hit my legs hanging outside the driver door. They only go after big money.

Made an inquiry via online contact form with very detailed account of my claim. Despite the fact that their website says you will receive a call back within 15 minutes, I received no call back at all that day or the following morning. When I called in to follow up on my own, there was so much hooting and hollering in the background that it sounded like the intake specialist was calling from a frat house. Had to sit on hold while my (admittedly long) claim was reviewed because they hadn't read it yet. Was told in short order that my claim "didn't meet your parameters" and was dismissed. This was in regard to medical negligence, but you decided I didn't meet your parameters without so much as reviewing a single medical record. For a firm that has a "Passion for Justice" I would at least expect that much before you make a decision that it's not something you will take on. I guess that's what I get for having expectations that you might actually mean what your slogan says.
