Even getting an initial consultation was difficult. There was no response after submitting the consultation form, and the live agent wasn’t much better. The entire process seemed highly disorganized and remote. _____________________________________________________ Update: The staff at B and S got back to me and ended up putting me in touch with attorney Sara Green. Both she and her paralegal, Victor, were phenomenal. Sara ended up changing firms mid-case but took me with her a a client, for which I'll write a separate review. Regardless, in the end, I appreciate B and S promptly addressing my concerns and putting me in touch with the right attorney.
