I am so happy I went with Bachus & Schanker they really went above & beyond for me. I was hit by an ice cream truck back in March & Justin Mosery was extremely helpful with getting me through the process & the justice I deserved in a timely manner. I just closed my bodily injury case with my attorney Chase Allen, and I could not be happier. Chase did a great job giving me updates and answering any questions I had. Spoke with Bachus and Schanker about two accidents 2 days apart, both of which were not my fault.They gladly took in my case and treated me like they would handle everything except property. Understood. 47 days later I have no settlement, no idea where my vehicle is and any time i try to call Chase Allen whos in charge of my case he ignores me. The one time i spoke to him was to tell me he doesn't want to take my case after all Edited to add after response from Bachus. I asked for a mental health referral and physical therapy referral and they got me into physical therapy immediately yet took so long to schedule the telehealth that I had one appointment and had to cancel. I was only able to attend one mental telehealth meeting before getting a call from an unethical and unprofessional attorney who told me they’d no longer be accepting my case. I stand by my review and challenge you to prove otherwise P.S don’t let an attorney tell you something is patently false without lol. Further speaks to their professionalism

Edited** I originally left a bad review due to a perceived lack of communication with this firm. Come to find out (through immediate good communication) that they had some people out with illness and vacation, and I simply caught them at a bad time. We are all human, and they responded very expediently once I made it known that I was unhappy. I'm happy to say that my experience with Chase, Desiree, Doug, and Dustin has been great after an initial communication hurdle. I'll happily refer to them in the future.

Chris Rybarczyk helped me out when I needed it the most with my case. It was the hardest thing that I went through and I was glad that he was my attorney.
