I have been waiting for four months to hear about my case. They had an underwriter respond within 12 hours, which was great. But every follow-up call said they only only had one lawyer working that type of case, and that "she'll follow up soon".

Said they’d represent me and then just sort of ghosted me a month into the whole process. No one returns your calls or emails. Do I even still have a case? Who knows. Thank you for adding to the uncertainty in my life.

I had an excellent experience with outstanding results working with Bachus and Schanker. I had two accident cases which happen 11 months apart which left me with serious injuries. It took me five years to resolve my medical problems. My attorneys and the supporting staff were wonderful through out the process. This company fullfilled and exceeded every statement made in their commercials. I would never trust any other company to represent me involving an accident claim.

Smooth, reliable. Took care of me and my Fiancé after a car accident. They were very consistent with updates and making sure I understood what was happening during the whole process. And they made sure I was taken care of financially.

Bachus & Schanker had to represent me against 3 Insurance Companies... It took almost 3 years... Bachus & Schanker had all of them dead to rights and each insurer pushed it to the deadline before capitulating. It was frustrating for me, but all in a day's work for the folks at Bachus & Schanker... Thanks Guys! Those Insurance Companies would have driven me nuts!
