Adrienne started off our case and was very informative in the start, he made sure we knew what to expect from the company. However, I have to highlight Chases performance and professionalism once he took over our case as our resolution attorney. Chase was always in communication with us and made us feel very comfortable to have our case in the hands of Bachus and Schanker. We were given regular updates and all of our questions were answered. I don't recommend this firm. I did chose them after my accident. My case was open 2 years. Hy health is forever damaged, I lost a total of 212K over the corse of those two years not working due to the injuries. After it was all settled.....they wrote me a check for 17% of my loss. They kept more money that I was given. My life has been ruined, body and mind broken, and not fixed. But they are fat and happy over at this firm. The client's don't matter one bit. Don't fool yourself. Find an attorney that at least won't keep more than broken clients.

From step one you felt very supported by Yvonne and proceeded by the kind lawyer we had in Drew. They were quick to get back to us if we had any questions, and the videos explained where we were in the process of our case. I signed a retainer with B&S on September 9th. For a month and a half I have been trying to get in contact with someone in this firm because no one has contacted me. I have called multiple times and keep getting the run around, and no one I actually get on the phone is able to help. Keep hearing "I'm just the" whatever their job title is, and then transfer to someone else that can't help and then back again. I can't even get another firm to help because B&S won't even help me rescind my retainer.
