When you call for their free consultation they ask for personal identifying information such as your birthdate. After you go through a long and stressful intake process, you’re told they don’t practice in that area. That was the first question I asked the, duh?! I was then referred to the Colorado Bar Association where I listened to a recording. I think it would’ve been better if they had just said no they’re not interested rather than send me to the bar association waste more of my time.

My intake process at Bachus & Schanker was been super easy on my part. I was able to get my first appointment scheduled for the next day after my first call. I spoke with Cristal Rivera and she was super helpful through the whole process.

Worst law firm ever. Don’t waste your time and hire someone else.

I had a car accident a year ago last May and reached out to Bachus And Shanker. From the first day I called to the day that I finished my settlement. I always felt like I was in the loop and that they were working on my case. Even with the thousands of automobile cases that they deal with, they still made time to update me with emails and videos, which kept me knowing that they were working on my case. All my medical bills were covered and I ended up with a little bit of extra money in my pocket for the inconvenience of it all and I couldn’t recommend them more for a simple automobile case.
