I called this firm. Was thoroughly interviewed. Then a auto dialer proceeded to call me five times a day but every time we answered nobody picked up. Then I get a girl today asking me the same exact questions as the person that took my first intake form. So I tell her to get rid of my file I'm not dealing with this law firm and they sent me a email telling me they were sorry that they weren't helping me with my case. They couldn't even get my name right. I am so disappointed in the customer service. When you're injured the last thing you need is this kind of stress.

It was a pleasure to be represented by Sid Tikalsky. He kept me informed throughout the entire process with constant commnication and updates. He was also very helpful in answering any questions that I had along the way. I would definitely recommend Bachus and Schanker to my family and friends but more importantly, ask that they request Sid to represent them.
