Great customer service. Appreciated the time they spend to get my case resolved. Highly recommended. Took care of me in both settlements. And both times they got the job done.

Thank you for taking the time on my case, nothing worse then getting hit at 50+ mph and having my back end in my trunk. After all said and done I feel like I can move on with my life and not have to worry as much.

In 2010 my daughter was T-boned by a drunk driver. She was thrown 2 blocks and ended up the next day in intensive care. She had a bruised pancreas, which is life threatening. A twisted spine. Had spine injections, lost her business as a personal trainer. Couldn't pick up her daughter for months. Borrowed money to live and thought this lawyer was going to "Help" ... These people took forever and in the end... THEY were paid, the doctors were paid, oh yes. When she went to the office to pick up her check, the woman at the desk joyously said, "Oh look, You got $1000". Wow... She is still seeing a specialist, when she can afford the doctor bills. Otherwise, this will take a lifetime... Don't believe the commercials. They're a lie..

I was happy with the service I received with Bachus and Shanker. I was in a car accident with a non insured motorist and they helped me get a settlement. The listened when I was upset and helped me get back on my feet again.

They made us feel very comfortable with, I knew my family and I were in good hands because they would keep us updated with anything that was going on with our case. We would receive a called when our case was moved to the following person and every single one of them would explain the process thoroughly before any action was taken. If we had any questions and couldn’t reach them, they would always return our calls in a timely manner and leave voicemails or contact us via Email if we were unable to be reached. I was dealing with a insurance company for almost a straight year after I was in an accident. I was the passenger of the at fault driver and suffered some rough injuries. August of 2016 I was rear ended while waiting at a stop light. My two year old daughter and I were injured. We decided to go to Bachus & Shanker for legal help because of the extent of our injuries and I'm glad we did. My case manager Dany Newsom was wonderful. She was kind and so helpful. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and always made me feel like she actually cared about how mine and my recovery was going. Once my daughter was cleared and done going to physical therapy they were very helpful and were able to negotiate a price for my daughter's settlement very fast. Mine took a little longer to resolve because my injuries were worse than what my daughters were (thank goodness for that!) But everyone at bachus and shanker were so helpful and kind. Especialy La'tasha Carter, Kimberly Smith and Dany Newsome they made my experience with bachus and shanker worth the 2 years i was dealing with the leagal stuff from the accudent. They really explained things in a way i could understand and made me feel like they actually cared about me and my family! I was hit by a drunk driver in 2015. I had significant damage to my vehicle and my spine.
