As with any accident, the other insurance company tried to get away with only paying for vehicle damage not caring about any damage to me or my kids. I was recommended to Bacchus & Schanker and am so glad I made that call. Their concern was about me and my kids. The attorney came to my house to meet me and the kids and to discuss the case at no charge. They worked very hard to ensure that my medical expenses were covered and that the inconvenience of appointments and pain was compensated. The staff was always super friendly and knowledgeable. This should be the first call made if in an accident.

My attorney Ben kennedy went to court completely unprepared so of course my case was founded as unfavorable when you call back ito speak to either mr. Bachus or mr. Schanker of course they tell you you're not allowed to so as far as I'm concerned this company is not worth even bothering to call don't waste your time. Is all they care about is filling their pockets.

Horrible experience! Didn't return calls, didn't file medical records, and have been trying to get a letter of withdrawal for months.

The notice for the hearing i have been waiting for and you have been putting me off for 2years.....was set 9/25. I will be awarded benefits and you must not be very bright when it come to working your pay plan!!!!! You have breached our contingent agreement. Yet you've stated however you are not waiving any fees collected. Disclosure, I am an American with a Disability, I am a petite 55 year old adult female at risk and the program you are endorsing is beyond malpractice...You have zero in the proffesional courtesy and zip with regards to ethics. One of the worst Law firms I've encountered.....assigned a VERY young attorney to my case this individual lied to me and Kyle Bachus refused to correct the matter.... BAD COUNSEL!!!!!

Great to work! Dustin B was the lawyer I worked with. Great time. Answered all my questions and helped me through the process.

No no no not one star not 3.9 stars that he has no way I would not be using this law firm they definitely did not take the time to research or look at any kind of evidence before making a decision to take your case not only that but they're very inconsistent in following up in possible cases very money hungry people it seems like in the notes were not done correctly on my claimvery sad considering all the commercials

Don't use this firm unless you're into S&M. To say they have poor communication would be a gross understatement. I finished treatment in December, and they haven't even ordered my medical records. I keep getting the run around, and no one seems to know what's going on. I've NEVER talked to an attorney. Apparently I've had two different attorneys, and I wasn't notified about any changes. I didnt even get a letter. My last communication before today was 6 weeks ago, and the case hasn't moved forward one inch in that time. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a competent law firm.

I was in a car accident and knew I needed the best counsel regarding my case. My main concern was my medical bills and how I was going to pay them. Not only were my medical bills covered they even recommend me to a wonderful caring chiropractor who helped me with my pain. I put myself in their hands and they took care of all my needs.
