I wish NO stars was an option here. After 2 years of being mostly ignored, with multiple unanswered emails and phone calls, I finally had my appeal hearing. The young man sent to represent me was unprofessional, unprepared and very late. I had less than five minutes with him before we were called into the courtroom. I would not recommend that anyone enter into a nightmarish association with this group.

Sara and Chad were a great team! I have told them that they have been angels on earth in my life. I have nothing but raving positive feedback for Sara. I am dealing with SSDI disability and this process is completely overwhelming. Bachus and Schanker have been fantastic. My calls are returned very quickly and they use a lot of PC filings making trips to the office unnecessary.

Finally an Attorney that has their act together. Professional from the start and thorough. I appreciate the way the staff handled my intro and providing advice in a unknown realm. Not understanding the situation I was in legally, I hoped that I could trust them for direction. Thus far, everything has gone smoothly and I feel like we are covering all of our bases. Still treating my injuries so we have a way to go, but I feel confident that Bachus & Shanker will see me through.

Thank you to the Bachus and Schanker team and especially my attorney, Adam.
In the beginning, I didn’t know what questions to ask, so they walked me through the process. When I did have questions, they were there for me. They even worked with my doctors to defer payment.
