I have been represented by Bachus & Schanker for my medical cases and have been very satisfied with their professional ethic and courtroom abilities. Their team fielded all of my questions, calmed my nerves and basically held my hand throughout the process and never made me feel as if it were a burden to do so.

I met with Brandon today about my case. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made me feel comfortable with the process and listened to my concerns. I am just at the beginning stages of this process but I already feel good about everyone I have spoken with so far. Very happy with the process so far. Best of all he came to my house since I cannot drive because of my injury.

I found the people assigned to work my case very helpful, empathetic, and professional. I felt valued as a client, as my emails and phone calls were handled promptly and courteously. Every member of their staff I came in contact with was very friendly. They were able to get me in the same day for a consult. I called Bachus and Schanker on September 2015, to help with a car accident. They told us at the time it would be 1-2 years before it would be settled. They did a fantastic job informing us on what was going on with the lawsuit. Ms. Lauren Epke was great to talk to and would explain to us where they were and what was happening. It was very easy getting ahold of her. The knowledge of everything she was doing was great. The receptionists always made us feel welcome and offered us drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend this law office to anyone!
