. I would like to tell anyone involved in an auto accident to contact the Bachus and Schanker law firm.. My daughter was injured in a very bad auto accident and needed surgery and a lot of physical therapy... Lauren Epke, a Bachus and Schanker lawyer, handled my daughter's case with complete professionalism and with a sincere regard for her medical condition. I accompanied my daughter on several office visits and I was most impressed with the way Lauren made my daughter feel comfortable at every point in the discussions. If you are reading this, you are likely in a similar situation as my daughter.. So let me say this: don't even try to work with your insurance company... And whatever you do.. DON'T TRY TO DO ALL THIS YOURSELF... Call Bachus and Schanker right away and explain your problem.. Also, the tremendous, seemingly endless amount of hospital, therapy, insurance, and ambulance communication is very daunting.. I'm VERY glad that my daughter had such great representation! .

I have just started this process however Brandon has been very helpful. It is a great relief knowing I now have help with this.

I met with Brandon Domnick yesterday to discuss my car accident injuries and settlement. I recently learned I cannot do this on my own, so I had a meeting with him. He was so genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. All the questions I had for him were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. I also talked with Claire Soto over Facetime and she was the same way-knowledgeable, friendly, genuine. I didn't expect to feel so comfortable while talking with a law firm. It is intimidating when I don't know anything about law! They both made me feel comfortable and confident before I walked out of the meeting. I have only worked with Bachus and Schanker for one day and I already feel so much better!! I would recommend them to anyone!

So far Brandon has been very nice and helpful. I've just started working with them but have high hopes they'll be able to help me out in my suit. It was really nice having Brandon be able to come meet me somewhere convenient for me rather than having to go to him.

We dealt with James Olsen & his paralegal Marq. They were honest and responsive. If I had a question for James and he was not available, Marq would assist. Good advise and never pushed us to take a deal. Just explained the options, clearly. Wish we had realized the when my husband first got hurt that we should have engaged a lawyer right away. Colorado laws do not favor the employee. Now we know.

I was completely impressed with Bachus and Schanker. When I was advised by my physician to apply for SSDI I contacted Bachus and Schanker because I recognized the name. I am so thankful that I did. They held my hand through this lengthy process, and always kept me informed. My case was given to Samantha Mcleary who was a part of the Disability Help Desk. She always answered my emails immediately to calm me and assure me the case was as it should be. This resulted in the Judge having all the information he needed, and the result was a Bench Approval at the hearing. I feel enormous gratitude I chose this firm.
