I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received from Bachus & Schanker. They gave me prompt service when I had my car accident. Which is more than what I can say for another firm that just blew me off.

I highly recommend Sara Green and her team, as well as the group at Bachus in general. Though I am not a litigious person, I was in a situation that many people have been in and were likely afraid to speak up or concerned about retaliation. While those fears did cross my mind, Sara and her team made everything clear every step of the way--they were not simply attorneys, they were also friends and advisors. I do not wish my experience that led me to Sara and team upon anyone, but if you do find yourself in a position needing to take legal action, I highly recommend this group. They were even able to have meetings with me when I had no childcare as they have toys and prizes for little ones in the lobby. That meant a great deal to me especially during such a difficult time. Thank you Sara and everyong at B&S!

Wife was injured by another driver. During initial meeting they told us we had a good case. Almost a year later we get $1400 while this firm took home nearly 9k. Seems strange everyone else involved in dealing with case made more than the actual person injured. Would not recommend this firm to anyone. They just prey on other people's injuries. Should have just settled with the other guys insurance in the 1st place.

This was our first time needing a lawyer and we have a sour taste now. My husband was hit by a drunk driver on her fourth offence no insurance. They went after my insurance for our claim and didn't even fight for us with them and they told us they were going to go after the drunk, but instead they sent us a paper saying they were closing our case. This firm does not care about you unless your case is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Will never recommend them they don't call you or email you back they switch lawyers on a weekly basis and they don't care about you unless there is thousands of dollars to be made.

I have been a client of Bachus & Schanker, LLC since October 21, 2014, I was able to find someone within your company Janai Holland-Long who was more than willing to help me. Janai, also has excellent customer service and showed authentic concerns and empathy for me. She directed me to Samantha which I am truly grateful. The moment I received my first email from Samantha on January 4, 2016, I had nothing less than excellent customer service. Samantha returns all my emails either same day or next day with no hesitation. Her ability to provide me with quick resolutions to my needs have exceeded my expectations. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills that Samantha possesses. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a percentage. There seems to be a common issue here...communication. We all are in a very hard position as we have property damage and bodily injury when we contact these kinds of law firms. The most important quality I believe that a law firm should have is communication and clarity, unfortunately, this organization has neither. It all started with the initial appointment to review my case of a company vehicle hitting my vehicle, severely damaging the vehicle, and not to mention a pretty severe neck injury. Our initial appointment was rescheduled 3 times and almost 4 until I made it a point to the person on the phone that I would move on and find another attorney. When the day came to review my case there were a lot of promises and "warm and fuzzies" that my husband and I received from the attorney. They ensured and even promised that they would get started on having a claims adjuster come to assess the damage to the vehicle within the week as it will be needed to get back and forth to appointments (currently have to use my husbands vehicle and he has to uber everywhere). They also stated that a case manager would be in contact within the next day. We are now sitting at week 2 and have had no contact. We have not even received an update from the attorney, legal aid, or the case manager. I have called on several occasions and no one seems to have answers to the questions that I need especially when it comes to having an adjuster come out to view and assess the damages to the vehicle. I even had an agreed conference call with my attorney and the legal aid. With all of the things that are going on in my life at the moment, my time is extremely valuable. Our scheduled conference call was for 3:50 p.m. I patiently waited until 4:30, with no call. After setting aside 40 minutes for our call I had to return to other tasks. At that time I sent an email to the legal aid and the attorney stating that I will be terminating there services and no sooner then literally 1 minute later I received a response stating that they were on an extended phone call and could not get on with me until that call was done. I do know that there can be extenuating circumstances that may delay plans, however if it is properly communicated there would be no issue. I have to take time from my day to press my issues with my attorney and his staff where they had promised me that they would handle "everything" and for me not to worry. I was always skeptical of "ambulance chasers" and this just firms my skepticism. Please do your research and interview your attorney before hiring one. We will be taking our case to another firm.

The jury is out...I filed a claim on January 15, was told it would be completed "no later than" the 20th of January, and still have not heard anything back about my case after several emails and a voice message. When transferred to their SSDI office to speak with a specialist regarding my claim, no one answered, my call went to voicemail, and an automated message stated, "The mailbox is full and cannot accept messages." The line was then disconnected. Needless to say, I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism I've experienced so far. What a shame.

They have the tools to get the case closed. and customer service is lacking. There are good and bad experiences with all companies it just felt like a hurry up and wait scenario that was put by the weigh side at times we were lead to believe we had a stronger case than we did and when it came time to settle we felt as though we couldn't win a trial, so we feel as though we got sub par compensation for what we had to go through.
