Worst law firm ever!! I canceled/closed the case after 2 days. The manager assured me that it was taken care of. A month later the insurance company told me they were working with my lawyer. I DO NOT HAVE A LAWYER as the case was supposedly closed. I have been calling for weeks straight to get his worked out, have not been able to speak anybody other then the receptionist. They continue to transfer me to voice mails, which I have left at least 10 of and have never received a call back. Extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. Stay away from this firm!!!

I was injured at work and the insurance company denied my claim, James Olsen and Marq Delmonte are great they worked on my case and kept me very informed. They ended up getting me a settlement that I was very pleased with.They were always there to answer any questions that i had. My name is Dawn Davey and I had a very difficult case. Bachus and Schanker were awesome! I have had bad experiences in the past with two other well known law firms and Bachus and Schanker treated me with respect. They were with me all the way. I knew every step of the case, they gave me support when I was at my worst! I will recommend them to everyone!
