Birk and I years ago worked together. I was recently involved with a DUI case in Colorado and I went to him. Through the entire process, he directed me, helped me understand legalities and ending up getting me a sentencing that was better than I thought it would be. I recommend him fully and he continues to help me whenever I have questions even after my sentencing. If you want someone to be real, realistic and intelligent for you going into the court system, Birk is the way to go.
