Baumgartner Law was amazing. They helped me through a tough and scary time in my life. He stood by me and encouraged me through my entire case. He got me exactly what I wanted out of my case. I highly recommend him to everyone. I will continue to use him in any legal case I encounter. Birk is an amazing man. He truly cares for his clients and wants only the best for them. I’m so glad I called him.

I worked with Birk a couple years back on a pretty personal case to me, at the time. Birk and I both felt that my odds of winning the case were strong. It should be mentioned that it truly felt like Birk cared about my situation. He is intelligent, insightful and well organized. Throughout the process, Birk was responsive and thoughtful of my needs. I highly recommend Birk for your future legal needs.

I was referred to Mr. Baumgartner by a close friend of mine. My friend spoke so highly of Mr. Baumgartner, he was just who I need. My case was no walk in the park. Not only did he have my friends case dismissed he also got my charges dismissed. There are multiple things that I loved about Mr. Baumgartner and his firm. Before I even gave Mr. Baumgartner a payment he was working on my case. I remember our first conversation and he said “ Do you want the same thing I did for your friend?”. And sure enough he followed threw with what he said. MR. BAUMGARTNER IS NO LIER!!! Everything he told me he was going to do he did. He definitely walk the walk. If he say he gonna do it he’s gonna do it. I was suppose to have on a GPS tracking system on my ankle for 90 days. I went to his office and he asked me “ Do you want that think off your ankle”. Mr. Baumgartner filed a motion and it was off my ankle with-in 20 days. I’m a Truck driver and I work the most inconsistent hours of the day and night. But Mr. Baumgartner would meet with me and talk on the phone after hours while he was taking care of his children to discuss my case with me. I talking about 8 to 11 o’clock at night even weekends. To me it seem like Mr. Baumgartner took care of his clients as he would his own family. Now this is not my first time I was in troubled with the law. I have hired lawyer after lawyer and always get the short end of the stick, but Mr. Baumgartner is very direct and honest and he has respected me more then anybody I have dealt with in the legal system. Like I said my case was no walk in the park. It was a very tough case and there would be times where I just wanted to give up but Mr. Baumgartner fought all the way to the end and I ended up getting my case “DISMISSED “

After reading this review I had to respond because it is so far from the truth. Birk represented me in a difficult period of my life and it was the best decision I have ever made. I have hired lawyers before and found them to be lazy, and always telling you what you want to hear. I interviewed Birk before I hired him and he was the lawyer I choose to represent me because from day one he said, "we will win trust me." Birk was different, he cares about you and your family. Birk not only listens but cares and informs you what the law states. His confidence, knowledge and thoroughness is what wins!! Each case is different but I can state with complete confidence that I would recommend Birk to my friends and family in times of need. He cares for you and your family more than any other attorney I have met. He works all hours of the night because he wants to win each case. I want to thank Birk for your dedication to helping me win. He never doubted that we would win and we did. Thank you Birk!!

Mr. Baumgartner had been very helpful and professional. He's a very nice, caring man and just puts it straight forward. I'm sure the outcome will be good.

Birk’s response to my review is completely untrue. The 11 PM phone call was the only time in fact, that he spent any significant time with me. Thereafter, every single appointment that was made with him was canceled by he & his staff. He did not give me a full refund, in fact I had to put a stop payment on the $1500 retainer I gave him because again, he and his staff lied and said they sent the check to my family members address which was actually a former address from almost 3 years ago. We also NEVER received any sort of written fee or client agreement from Birk until AFTER we fired him. What attorney doesn't immediately prepare a fee agreement prior to taking on a client & taking their money?? Birk!! Another lie, I never contacted Birk at 11 PM at night distraught. I had contacted him earlier in the day to discuss the details, and he called me at 11pm to brag throughout the entire conversation about what a great attorney he is and all the people he’s helped. Very little of the conversation was about the case I hired him for. Then, to make matters worse, after he committed to being present for the hearing which was in two days, guess what, he cancelled! I should’ve known that this was a reflection of what was to come in terms of working with him. It also didn’t matter when or what time of the day it was that we contacted Birk. Almost every single conversation was accompanied by a baby crying in the background. I was trying to be a little vague and subtle because this case is personal and a bit private. Birk‘s response to me is a calculated attempt to showcase the specifics of this case. Classic Birk! But he cares right? I’m sure he has a handful of cases that he has won for people, but I’m sure there’s also a very large handful of people who he has misguided like me. No question!................................. REVIEW/RUN!!!! Birk can definitely talk the talk but he doesn’t walk the walk. I unfortunately reached out to him for a very personal traumatic case involving a family member, and he lied to us from the very beginning to the very end of our business partnership. He continuously boasted about the type of attorney he was and made it seem as though he was priced higher because he was that much better than other attorneys. I just couldn’t understand why every time we had a conversation with Birk or called into the office there was a baby crying in the background. He was abrupt and rude and spoke to us in a very condescending tone when we would dare to question what was going on. He also put us in a potentially dangerous situation that could’ve escalated very quickly. Even worse, we caught his staff and him in several lies. Similar to Stacie’s review, Birk canceled out on multiple meetings, including the very first hearing which was why I hired him. He would attribute multiple cancellations to him being a “big-time attorney”. He took advantage of a very sensitive situation and caused my family and me more trauma and pain than what we already had in our lives. Once we hired a new attorney, it was blatantly clear how obscenely mis-guided Birk’s “legal advice“ was. How he can get up and look at himself knowing what he did to me and my family and has probably done to other families is incomprehensible. I would run like hell.

Danielle Beem was so helpful in advising me on a sensitive matter for my small business. She was a port in the storm for me and I cannot begin to express how much her help meant to me and my small business. Thank you Danielle.

Mr Baumgartner was absolutely astonishing, he demonstrated excellent professionalism and amazing values. Extremely intelligent and doesn't beat around the bush! He was very easy to work with, I don't think I could ever have found a better man to represent me!! Thank You Birk!!

Baumgartner helped defend me as much as possible, I'm incredibly satisfied with his legal expertise and capability for fighting for my case. I will absolutely look to him again if I need any legal help and I definitely recommend him to anyone who is in a time of need. He is caring, passionate, and an expert at what he does, and what he does is helping people.

I don't think I have ever been treated as poorly as I have at this law firm. Upon talking to birk originally about my case it seemed like there was a lot of Hope and things were going to happen quickly. Since that day I've been ignored passed around and generally been told lies about contacting me or getting back to me never hearing from anybody. I tried several times to talk to birk or somebody that could tell me what was going on with my case I even made an appointment just to talk to her on the phone in which he never called me back ever. because nothing ever happened with my case at all I end up having to move because that I could not afford where I was living. Edit. Birk is working hard on my case now and I'd like to see how it goes. I will change my review accordingly. Edit. Birk has really stepped up for me. He is handling my cases personally and I am starting to see results. I'm glad I stuck with him and hope to continue to see progress.
