I highly recommend Bill Carpenter, one of the attorney's at this firm. Bill is honest, smart, and has a ton of experience. His wisdom in both personal injury and estate planning has benefited my family as well as some friends I referred Bill to, so I figured it was worthy of writing a review.

My experience with Mr. Geman as my legal representation was impeccable. His knowledge of Colorado law, particularly DUI-related law, is second to none and his confidence and demeanor in the courtroom is assuring to say the least. He was always very prompt to return any calls, questions, or concerns I had throughout my entire case process, and he was able to achieve an end result I was quite satisfied with. I contacted this Zinda Law Group shortly after I was involveed in a car accident. I knew the medical expenses were going to be great and I wanted to protect myself. I set up a meeting with them and was immediately impressed. The law firm was very compassionate and sympathetic to my situation and I hired them on the spot. I worked very closely with Kimberly Smith and always found her to be very competent, trustworthy, knowledgable and completely invested in me personally. She called me periodically to check in on me and see how I was recovering. She handled all the legalities and kept me updated on my case as things progressed. I never felt "left out of the loop" or like just another client. When it came time to contact the other insurance company about a settlement I felt very confident in Kimberly's work and she remained very honest and forthright with me. In the end, she managed to obtain the entire limit of the other person's insurance policy for me. Honestly, I never had a doubt that she couldn't.
